RIDE
Celtic has extensive experience working on high profile rides locally and worldwide. Extensive knowledge of how rides are designed and engineered from “blue sky” phase through to fully designed and engineered construction/fabrication documents affords Celtic unique insight into what makes a successful attraction. We are commonly engaged by the local Theme Parks here in Central Florida to assist with mechanical and structural design and engineering on new and existing ride structures. Some of the engineering services we commonly provide are:      1) Ride vehicle analysis
     2) Rollercoaster track structural analysis and shop drawing
     3) Dynamic structural analysis(structures that move)
     4) Drive system design and engineering
     5) Fatigue analysis
     6) Solid model FEA analysis
     7) Ride track erection engineering
     8) Site supervision and oversight of ride installations
     9) ASTM F24 Ride Certification Services
We commonly work with fabricators, ride operators and theme park owners to share our knowledge related to design and engineering of rides. Specifications and standards we commonly use are listed below along with TUV review and approvals.
• ASTM F24
• DIN 4112 standard
• EN 13.814
